Police Department

The Noble Police Department has set forth an aggressive agenda for decreasing the crime and accident rate for its residents, guests and businesses.  We strive to provide the highest degree of professional police service possible.  The activities and achievements wouldn’t be attainable if it wasn’t for the hard working and dedicated men and women of our police department along with volunteers from the community that assist in making the entire community a better place to live and work.

Police officers are required to be certified by C.L.E.E.T. (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training). After certification, officers must maintain a yearly minimum requirement of continuing education to maintain their certification.  Our philosophy is the more training and education that an officer receives and given the right tools will be a more knowledgeable and better performing officer.  We are continually working to build a stronger foundation for a community that we can all be proud to be a part of, now and for the future.

The department is also made up of the Communications and Animal Welfare Divisions.  Emergency dispatchers are multitasking and are responsible for incoming radio traffic, E911 and direct dialed calls related to both emergency and non-emergency requests.  Dispatch personnel also are the records clerk for the police department responsible for distribution of accident and police reports.  The Animal Welfare Division is responsible for maintaining the animal shelter and responds to all animal related calls within the city.
