The City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30 P.M. at the Noble City Hall.
Mayor - Gary Hayes
Gary is well known in Noble, but for those who may be new to the area, Gary is the associate pastor at Covenant Church in Noble. Gary has worked with the youth in Noble for many years. He currently heads up the Code Blue youth program at Covenant Church and Gary also has been very active in the Noble Youth Sports Association over the past few years.
Gary graduated from Noble High School in 1970 and received a Bachelors Degree from Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College in 1985. Gary’s wife, Dayla, works for Pioneer Elementary School. They have four children, Jordan, who graduated from Noble High School a couple of years ago and has attended college at Hillsdale; Megan, who graduated in 2008 at the top of her class; Taylor who is a sophomore and Nathan who is in the 6th grade.
Gary states that he wants the best for the City of Noble and the Noble Schools. As Mayor, he is particularly concerned that the city find the money to improve the city streets. He said that he is also committed to continue to provide a professional EMS service for Noble. He stated that paying for the EMS has been a financial challenge for years, but that Noble residents should not worry because he is certain that city council will see that Noble has the best EMS that is available.
Ward 1 - Dianne Gray
Noble has been my home for more than twenty years and all three of my children are graduates of Noble High School. During this time I have observed changes on many levels within out community and I am proud to play an active role in the positive direction in which Noble is growing. I am proud to represent Ward One (1). Thank you for entrusting me with this honor.
Ward 2 - Tony Parker
Tony Parker is the council member from Ward 2. He is in his third term. Tony and his wife Robin are very active in the Noble community. Robin is president of Noble Now, Chairperson of the Noble Park Commission and a Board Member of Pioneer Library Systems. Tony is owner of Precision Electric Company and also operates a farm in Noble. The Parker’s have four children who all attend Noble Public Schools. Tony has stated that his goal as council member has been to help lead Noble into the future. He would like to see Noble improve its financial position while improving the infrastructure and maintaining quality public safety
Ward 3 - Gail Hatfield
Gail Hatfield has been the Ward 3 council member since 2010, residing in Noble since 1991. Gail has been with Hitachi Comuter Products in Norman since its conception, February, 1987 where she is a Program Manager. Prior to serving as a City Council member, she served on the Noble Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Gail's goal for Noble is financial growth for much needed improvements, while maintaining the current small town atmosphere and spirit, providing and improving the quality of life that the people of Noble deserve. Thank you for letting me serve you.
