  The City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30 P.M. at the Noble City Hall.        


          Mayor - Gary Hayes

 

Gary is President of D28 Investments.  He has served in the community through various sports and community service organizations for many years. He has served as Mayor of Noble since 2006.

Gary graduated from Noble High School in 1980 and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College in 1985.  Gary’s wife, Dayla, works for Pioneer Intermediate School. They have four children, all of whom attended K-12th grade in the Noble Public School system.

                                                                                 

As Mayor, his goal is to help develop Noble and to continue to make it a place where people want to live and raise their families.  One of his main focuses has been to develop Noble into a community that benefits the youth of Noble.  Realizing that growth is inevitable in the future of Noble,  one of his concerns has been to make sure that the infrastructure is in place to be able to grow Noble into the type of Community that its residents desire and deserve.His motto has always been “If it can be done well anywhere, it can be done well in Noble.”

Noble’s excellent Fire, Police, and Public Works Departments are all shining of examples of how civil services should be maintained in a City.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

           Ward 1 - Dianne Gray

Noble has been my home for more than twenty years and all three of my children are graduates of Noble High School.  During this time I have observed changes on many levels within out community and I am proud to play an active role in the positive direction in which Noble is growing.  I am proud to represent Ward One (1).  Thank you for entrusting me with this honor.

 

 

 

   

 
 

          


       

  
 

 

          Ward 2 - Tony Parker

       

Tony Parker is the council member from Ward 2.  He is in his third term.  Tony and his wife Robin are very active in the Noble community.  Robin is president of Noble Now, Chairperson of the Noble Park Commission and a Board Member of Pioneer Library Systems.   Tony is owner of Precision Electric Company and also operates a farm in Noble.  The Parker’s have four children who all attend Noble Public Schools.  Tony has stated that his goal as council member has been to help lead Noble into the future.  He would like to see Noble improve its financial position while improving the infrastructure and maintaining quality public safety

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

         

        Ward 3 - Gail Hatfield

Gail Hatfield has been the Ward 3 council member since 2010, residing in Noble since 1991.  Gail has been with Hitachi Comuter Products in Norman since its conception, February, 1987 where she is a Program Manager. Prior to serving as a City Council member, she served on the Noble Zoning Board of Adjustment. 

Gail's goal for Noble is financial growth for much needed improvements, while maintaining the current small town atmosphere and spirit, providing and improving the quality of life that the people of Noble deserve.  Thank you for letting me serve you.



 

           Ward 4 - Marge Hill
 

    Marge Hill has lived in Noble most of her life.  Her husband, Mural (Bo) Hill, served as Mayor and son Marvin Hill served as Council Member.  Marge accepted the request to serve the remaining term in Ward 4 of her late son Marvin Hill in December 2013 and was elected to a subsequent term.   Marge’s working career included time at Griffin Memorial Hospital, Tinker AFB and the University of Oklahoma.  She is a member of the Maguire Baptist Church.

Marge served as President of the Women’s International Bowling Conference (WIBC) and was inducted into the Bowlers Hall of Fame.  She is a board member for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and was nominated as Volunteer of the Year for CASA.  Marge also volunteers for the Norman Regional Hospital Auxiliary.
