The City of Noble is pleased to introduce a new online utility payment portal designed to make managing your utility account easier, faster, and more convenient. This online payment option can be set up at https://nobleok.ourcommunityconnect.com. Customers will need their account number that is included on the July bill to complete set up.
As part of the City’s ongoing efforts to modernize our services, the previous GWorks/FrontDesk payment portal has been permanently retired and replaced with a new, enhanced payment system.
The new portal provides residents with convenient features, including:
- Receive notifications when a new utility bill is available
- Set up automatic payments
- View account usage and payment history
- Securely manage your utility account from any location at anytime
Customers who previously used the City’s online payment portal will need to create a new account in the new system. https://nobleok.ourcommunityconnect.com.
Free ACH Automatic Draft Available
Customers who wish to avoid online payment fees may enroll in the City’s free ACH Automatic Draft program! Applications may be picked up at City Hall.
