All utility business, building permits and municipal court matters will be handled through the Drive-Up window located on the west side of the building or by phone (405) 872-9251. Noble placed number 11 of 74 cities in Oklahoma with populations greater than 5,000 for the Safest Cities in Oklahoma.  The criteria used to determine the safest cities was the FBI’s most recent crime report dated September of 2017.  They used two variables, violent crimes per capita and property crimes per capita.
