Water

The City of Noble is currently using 6 active water wells from the local area. The wells are treated regularly to ensure the quality of our water. We provide drinking water to more than 2100 customers in the Noble city limits.

NEW SERVICE

In order to establish new service, you must complete the utility service application card and pay a deposit prior to service being connected. To do so, visit Noble City Hall @ 304 S Main St.

Please note:
New Services can be connected before 3:00pm on same day of receipt and acceptance of application (applicaitons recieved after 3:00pm will be connected on the following business day). Connection may also be set for a future date, if needed.

On the day service connection is scheduled, please make sure all water faucets are turned off. Should the City attempt to connect the water service and find an open tap, the water will not be left on and you will be required to make arrangements to be present at the premises during connection.

DISCONNECTS

Moving? When you move, it is your responsibility to advise the City of the date in which you wish services to be discontinued along with a forwarding address to send the final bill. Payment of bills will continue to be your responsibility until the City is notified to disconnect.

Residential: $120
Commercial = 150% of average billing
