Chief Casey Cottrell is pleased to announce that the Noble Police Department has recently been recognized as a Lexipol Connect Bronze level agency, reflecting our dedication to sound policy management and training.
We know policy is a big part of the equation as NPD strives to meet high standards of professionalism and service for the Noble community. Based on five proven metrics, the Lexipol Connect program has recognized us for excellence in policy maintenance and training.
Our department aims to disseminate policy updates consistently and effectively in accordance with changing laws and best practices and ensure personnel are appropriately trained on how to apply those policies. “We’re excited that we are being recognized for providing a standard of excellence through our policy efforts that help to reduce risk for our personnel and those that we serve, as well as decrease the liability to the City.”
