The Noble Utility Authority’s Billing Department will be launching a new online billing and payment service called FrontDesk.  This online portal will have many benefits to offer customers and will replace your current online payment portal.

All Noble utility customers will be receiving a letter in January with more information, so please do not disregard when received.  The city will also post relevant updates to this page.  

For AutoPay customers:

Start by following this link:  You will be required to update your preferences and set up new AutoPay information.  Because we value the security of your information and respect your privacy, we will not be transferring your payment information.  Please be sure to create your FrontDesk account as soon as you open the link.
