Brand New! Noble Downtown Revitalization Plan

Over the past year, the City of Noble has partnered with the University of Oklahoma’s Institute for Quality Communities (IQC) and the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) to develop a Downtown Revitalization Plan to enhance and preserve the character of Noble’s Main Street.
