For the first time in over 20 years, Noble residents will be permitted to discharge fireworks on July 3rd & 4th in recognition of Independence Day.  The City is excited to permit this long-standing tradition for Independence Day but it comes with important personal responsibilities to keep people and property safe from damage and injury.  Remember above all else, SAFETY FIRST

When Are Fireworks Allowed?

July 3 -9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

July 4 -9:00 AM to 11:00 PM 

Where Are They Allowed?

In the Noble City Limits only on private property

Additionally, no fireworks shall be discharged, exploded, or ignited within five hundred (500) feet of:

  • Fireworks stands
  • Churches
  • Unharvested agricultural crops
  • Public Schools
  • Public Property

Important Safety Restrictions:

  • No person shall ignite or discharge any fireworks from inside a motor vehicle or targeting a motor vehicle
  • No person shall place or throw any ignited fireworks at any individual or group of people.
