Yellowstone Development – 1401 N. 48th St. A-1 to PUD

Robert Porton, City of Noble
The Noble Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a special meeting at 5:30 P.M. Monday, July 19th, 2021 to consider an application from Yellowstone Investment Group for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) on a 75 acre, Agricultural (A-1) zoned tract of land in the 1400 block of N. 48th St., lying in the NW/4 of Section 24, T-8-N, R1W, City of Noble, Cleveland County, OK (See attached location map).
Approval of the Planned Unit Development application would allow the applicant to construct a residential subdivision on the property containing detached residential homes. The proposed Master Development Plan for the property laying out the proposed lot locations and some infrastructure improvements will be present at the meeting for review and is also available at Noble City Hall upon request. Finally, the corresponding preliminary plat for the proposed development will be considered concurrently with the zoning request. The Noble City Council will also conduct a public hearing at 6:30 P.M. Monday, July 19th, 2021 to determine the application’s final approval.
All of the public hearings will be held at the Noble City Hall at 304 S. Main Street in Noble, OK. If you are unable to attend, written comments will be considered.
