Sex Offenders
The City of Noble Police Department, in compliance with State of Oklahoma law, maintains lists of registered sex offenders residing within the city limits of Noble. For registered sex offenders residing within Cleveland County, that are in unincorporated areas (not within the city limits of any town, including the city of Noble), the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department will maintain the list.

The national victim Notification Network, or VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) is a way for crime victims to access offender information 24 hours a day. This allows the victim to see transfers of custody, what facility an offender is currently being housed at, as well as when the subject will be released.
